| Florence Adjepong was born in the UK of Jamaican parents and studied in the UK. She moved to Ghana with her Ghanaian husband, Samuel Adjepong. In 1998, she founded Alpha Beta Montessori Learning Centre with only six children. It now has an enrollment of 800 students between the ages of 2 and 18. She and her husband have three children. |
| Emma Amoo-Gottfried was born in Ghana and studied in the UK and Ghana. In 1988, she founded Faith Montessori School which has grown to include a population of 550 students. She and her husband, Oswald, have three children. |
